Represents the Academy and acts in its name.
- Is responsible for the general direction of the Unitarian Academy and the concept for its development.
- Is responsible for cooperation with teachers.
- Cooperates with the Headquarters of the Religious Society of Czech Unitarians.
- Cooperates with the Unitarian Academy Committee.
The Board of Directors of the Religious Society of Czech Unitarians elects the Director in an open selection procedure for a limited period of time, then appoints and can discharge him or her.
